+ Design the look and feel for a project
+ Designing well balanced layouts
+ Design web applications, portals and sites
+ Follow the standards and structures established within the company
+ Always deliver your very best and strive towards improvment.

[Qualifications]
+ You must have a working knowledge of
Photoshop (advance) / Flash (Basic) / Webstandard (xhtml + css)
+ Good understanding of website layout and usability design
+ Take feedback well and can give constructive feedback to others
+ Have a portfolio site or examples that demonstrates your abilities for this position


::Flash Developer::

Requirements:
* Having experience in Flash & ActionScript
* Experience of any serverside technology interaction with Flash (ASP/JSP/PHP).
* Good knowledge of Macromedia technology
* Knowledge of design/drawing/animation is an advantage
* Positive Working Attitude and able to work independently as well as in team.
* Good oral and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
