Communication Officer
The incumbent will lead the media relation and external and internal publication of SENYUM program to related stakeholder, INGO and Donors. This position requires a university degree in mass communication or a relevant field. A general understanding of relief and development programs is required. Fluency in English verbal and written communication is essential. Multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills are necessary. Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and, cooperatively within a team is required. Highly developed computers skills with strong familiarity with Adobe softwares, Microsoft Word, Excel, Web Publisher, PowerPoint and one graphic design software are mandatory. Candidate must be willing to travel and work in difficult conditions. Experience working with a development organization, especially in the role of an information and/or communication officer is highly desirable.
